It took a double overtime for the Westlock female Midget 'B' Panthers to put the final nail in Edson's coffin with a 3-2 win, giving the Panthers the Sturgeon Pembina League title.

Needing to win by at least four goals and trailing by another two, all hope seemed lost by the for the Westlock Midget Sabres on Friday night, when they faced off against Legal in Game 2 of their provincial playoff series for the Zone 3 championship.
